The Executive Director has primary responsibility for the overall planning, implementation and management of the organization. The Executive Director exercises general supervision over all operations, business affairs and employees of the Corporation, and insures that the policies and programs adopted or approved by the Board are fulfilled through its daily and long-term operations.

The Clinical Director serves as liaison with community–based health professionals, health professions schools, and residency programs to support community-based training opportunities for health professions students and to address recruitment and continuing education needs of community providers.

Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellows Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for the overall programmatic, administrative and fundraising activities of the Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellows Program. She works closely with the local Advisory Board and Program Chair, as well as the National Program Director, to achieve the goals and mission of The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship.

The Office Manager is responsible for the overall fiscal, office management and clerical practices within the organization. Her duties include human resource management and oversight of the fiscal and financial processes related to federal, state and local funding.
